One single OMNI sponsor receives exclusive consistent advertising and
branding prominently at the very top of every Teachnet.com page.
This prime spot provides repeat exposure and a higher level of affiliation
with Teachnet, and includes one non-rotating skyscraper ad spot on the
Teachnet front page to call attention to the OMNI sponsor. Cost for site
sponsorship is a flat fee of $15,000 per month.

and Conditions:
Please complete this Insertion Order to reserve advertising space on the
Teachnet.com Web Site. By submitting this Insertion Order, Advertiser
agrees to stated ad campaign and prices. If Advertiser fails to make payment
within thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice, Teachnet.com, in addition
to other remedies, maintains the right to immediately remove Advertiser's
banners from the site without any obligation to Advertiser or claim against
Teachnet.com for such removal. Advertiser cannot cancel or receive refunds
for any banners which have run or orders which have been placed unless
cancelled two (2) weeks prior with written notice to Teachnet.com.
Restrictions
Teachnet.Com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertisement.
Teachnet.Com provides statistics only as a courtesy to advertisers, not
a requirement, and shall not be held liable for any claims as they relate
to the use of the statistics.
