Every year, T2T Contributor, Evelyn Irwin, makes no-bake cookies with her kindergarten class. This year, one of the students is restricted from chocolate and peanuts due to a possible allergy. What to do? Most no-bake cookies require at least one of these ingredients. Her plea for help from the T2T mailing list yielded the following selection of recipes that she CAN use. In addition, we're also sharing some that DO contain peanuts and chocolate.

• Orange Balls
  
• Peppermint Candies
• Snowballs
• "Cookie" Ornaments (NOT to be eaten)
• No-Bake Oatmeal Bar (nuts optional)
  

The following contain chocolate and/or peanuts:

• Peanut Butter Chews
  
• No-Bake Cookies (chocolate-peanut butter)
  
• Haystacks (chow mein noodles)
• S'mores
  

Assembly required - Use ready made cookies & candies from the grocery store to build some amazing cookie critters:

• Mouse Cookies
• Insects
