No-Bake Cookies
Every
year, T2T Contributor, Evelyn Irwin, makes no-bake cookies with her kindergarten
class. This year, one of the students is restricted from chocolate and peanuts
due to a possible allergy. What to do? Most no-bake cookies require at least
one of these ingredients. Her plea for help from the T2T mailing list yielded
the following selection of recipes that she CAN use. In addition, we're
also sharing some that DO contain peanuts and chocolate.
